Rayners Lane Taekwon-do Academy

This part of the web site is specifically for:

1. Students of Rayners Lane Taekwon-do Academy
2. Previous participants of "Choices 4 Life" self defence courses.

The downloads are split into sections depending on grade., with each grade having the same as the previous section plus other items appropriate to that grade.

The user names are as follows:

Junior: Covers appropriate material for students of the Academy from 10th Kup through to 5th Kup

Senior: Covers appropriate material for students of the Academy from 4th Kup through to all Dan grades

Choices: Covers appropriate material for those who have completed a `Choices 4 Life` course
